Jennifer Monroe served as a prosecuting Deputy District Attorney and Deputy City Attorney for seven years.  During her seven years as a prosecutor Jennifer Monroe was responsible for all aspects of the prosecution of misdemeanor, felony, and Major Narcotic cases.  She has personally handled every crime listed on this web site including DUI/DWI, theft, drugs, crimes of violence, the crimes listed in the common crimes section, and many more obscure crimes of the Penal Code, Vehicle Code, and local Municipal Codes.  Please contact Jennifer Monroe directly if you are charged with a crime not listed, she has likely handled it before and can help you.

When not working behind the scenes reviewing and charging cases, Jennifer Monroe spent most of her time as a prosecutor in court negotiating cases with defense counsel and the judge.  While a prosecutor she settled thousands of cases through plea bargaining, conducted many misdemeanor and felony jury trials, and presented over 100 felony preliminary hearings.
